If you want expansive glass areas, the S 9000 lift-slide door is ideal. Its fixed section features a glazing profile with over 50% less visible width than standard lift-slide sashes, maximizing light and transparency.
Outstanding thermal insulation
Even the standard model, with typical stiffening elements, achieves a strong heat insulation value of Uf 1.3 W/(m²·K). The system easily accommodates modern triple glazing up to 52 mm thick (54 mm with STV®).

This special variant replaces the usual sash in the fixed section with a much narrower glazing profile. This reduces the visible width in the fixed section by more than 50 per cent without changing the heat insulation properties.

There are also matching weldable corner connectors to greatly increase the torsional rigidity and corner strength of the front door wing. The wide range of accessories allows for the construction of all common front door variants. The front door profile can be fitted with all commercially available hardware and locks, as well as most filling panels of up to a thickness of 46 mm. Front doors from the S 8000 IQ system can be manufactured to open inwards or outwards. The front door profile is available in numerous GEALAN-acrylcolor® colours and (wood grain) decor foils.
